Information submitted through intake
The private intake form collects information you choose to provide about your circumstances, including contact details, family and financial background relevant to a divorce matter, and related case notes. Intake is designed so that passwords, PINs, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, full bank or credit card numbers, and online banking credentials are not requested.
Contact information
Name, email address, phone number, mailing details, and preferred contact method may be collected so authorized personnel can continue communication with you through the channel already established with our team.
Uploaded documents
Supporting files you attach during intake are stored in a private document repository. Access is limited to authorized staff using the staff portal. Files are not published on this website and are not made available through public links.
Administrative and security records
Where applicable, limited technical records may be generated to operate and secure the website. These can include authentication events for the staff portal, error diagnostics, and similar operational logs. They are used to maintain the service and investigate security or reliability issues, not for public marketing.
Purpose of collection
Information is collected so counsel can review your matter, prepare the file, communicate with you, and operate this website securely. Submitting the website intake itself does not automatically notify another party. Any legally required service or notice is handled separately through the applicable legal process.
Restricted staff access
Client records in the staff portal are available only to authenticated users who also have an active staff profile with an authorized role. Public visitors cannot use this website to query client cases.
Service providers
Independent service providers that are necessary to host, store, and operate the website may process information on our behalf, such as hosting, database, and file-storage infrastructure. Those providers are used to run the site, not to make client records public.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed to provide the service, maintain case records, and meet professional recordkeeping needs. When a record is no longer required, it may be deleted or restricted. Authorized staff may also remove individual uploaded documents from a case file. Requests about deletion can be directed to the contact below.
