Engagement and fees
Completing a form or uploading documents on this website does not, by itself, set the full scope of representation or the fee arrangement. Formal engagement terms should be governed by the actual engagement agreement between the client and National Divorce Services.

Staff Portal
The Staff Portal is limited to authorized personnel. Unauthorized access to the Staff Portal is prohibited. Access requires both a valid sign-in and an active staff profile with an authorized role.
